Katlyn Landes achieves academic honors, as well as being involved in a variety of extracurricular and community service activities on campus. Katlyn achieved Dean's List her freshman year at LVC, being awarded the Samuel F. Engle Scholarship in spring 201...more0. Katlyn was also awarded the United Methodist Women's Scholarship this semester. She has been Service Vice President for Gamma Sigma Sigma, LVC's community service sorority. She has also been Treasurer for LVC's Art Club, as well as being a member of other organizations, such as Habitat for Humanity, Lebanon Valley Education Partnership, MiniThon, and French Club. Katlyn is also a gallery attendant at the campus's Suzanne H. Arnold Art Gallery, and serves on the Gallery Advisory Council. In addition to her activity on campus, Katlyn recently studied abroad in Athens, Greece during her Spring 2011 semester. She has interned with YorkArts, a nonprofit educational gallery located in York, Pennsylvania since January 2011. She also recently declared an International Studies minor. Katlyn plans to find a career in the museum field, working in exhibition planning or educational outreach.
